Mrs. Priti Agrawal, an MBA graduate from Disha Institute of Management and Technology, Raipur, brings strong academic credentials and practical corporate experience to the Board. As theWholetime Director of OBCL, she holds key leadership roles that enhance her strategic and managerial acumen. Her expertise in management, financeand advisory, positions her as a valuable contributor to the Company’s growth, guiding informed decision-making and supporting the organization’s overall performance and development.
Mr. Ashish Dakalia is a highly qualified and seasoned professional in the field of Secretarial Compliance, with over 15 years of experience in corporate governance and legal advisory. A Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) since 2010, he has also served as the Chairman of the Raipur Chapter of ICSI and currently contributes to the Professional Development Committee of the Western India Regional Council of ICSI. With academic credentials in Commerce, Law and a Postgraduate Degree in Law, he brings a well-rounded perspective to corporate legal matters. His deep expertise, leadership in the professional community and active role in ensuring regulatory compliance make him a valuable asset to the Company’s Board, ensuring sound governance and legal integrity.
Mr. Manish Kumar Agrawal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5 years of professional experience, specializing in GST Audits, MCA Compliances, GST and ITR filings, as well as TDS/TCS return filings. As the proprietor of M/s. Manish Kumar Agrawal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, he provides expert financial and tax-related services and is appointed as both Internal Auditor and Statutory Auditor for various organizations. His technical proficiency and hands-on experience make him a valuable contributor to the finance and compliance landscape.
Mrs. Shakuntala Devi Agrawal, a Non-Executive Director and one of the esteemed Promoters of the Company, has been associated with the organization since its inception. While not involved in daily operations, she plays a vital role in providing strategic guidance, governance oversight and contributing to key board-level decisions. Her longstanding presence and promoter status reflect her deep-rooted connection to the Company’s founding vision and values.
